Job applicants
Upon receipt of an application and supporting documents, the submitted material will be reviewed by relevant staff in order to answer and assess the content in relation to a defined job. Our legal basis for processing your application is the balancing of interests.
The application and supporting documents will be shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company.
The application and supporting documents are stored until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After that, the application and supporting documents will be kept for up to 6 months.
For unsolicited applications, the application and supporting documents are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted.
If the application and supporting documents are kept for more than 6 months, separate consent must be obtained from the candidate.

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, altered or disclosed, misused or otherwise processed in breach of the law.

These partners and suppliers are data processors for pierre.dk Autolakering and process personal data under instructions from us. pierre.dk Autolakering has entered into written data processing agreements with these data processors. We only use data processors in the EU or safe third countries, as well as companies in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection. Data processors in countries outside the EU are Google (for data collected via cookies) and Facebook (data from our Facebook page), who are members of US Privacy Shield.
Your rights
