Shortly before the New Year, Kolding-based pierre.dk Autolakering A/S signed a contract with PEWE Billackering AB in Stockholm for the acquisition of all the operations in this major auto painting centre. This is the first time that the Danish auto painting group is represented in the Swedish capital.
The pierre.dk Group, Europe’s most modern auto painting group, has just signed a contract with Swedish Sohel and Moniek Musa for the acquisition of all the auto painting operations at PEWE Billackering AB, located in the northern suburbs of Stockholm.
pierre.dk Autolakering A/S has also signed a contract with three of the many talented employees at PEWE Billackering AB for a so-called management buy-out of the company’s bodywork operations. These three employees are Jonas Pentell, Niclas Argeil and Mahmoud Safori. This means that the trio will take over the bodywork division and have signed a cooperation agreement with pierre Billackering AB.
Consolidating a strong team
Sohel and Moniek Musa, the previous owners, will continue to work in pierre Billackering AB as department manager and administrator respectively.
“Signing this contract has been very satisfying and I am convinced that the division of PEWE Billackering AB into a bodywork and paintwork company will consolidate the already high level of quality, service and technical expertise provided in both areas which will benefit the company’s customers, employees and other stakeholders,” explains Bo Jacobsen, CEO of pierre.dk Autolakering A/S.
With the acquisition of the painting centre in Stockholm, the pierre.dk Group now operates a total of 47 auto painting centres in Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
